Detailed Itinerary of the 5 Days (Bwindi Gorillas) & Lake Mburo Wildlife Tour

Day 1: Entebbe International Airport

Today you arrive at the Entebbe International airport where a guide picks you up to transfer you to your hotel for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Cassi Lodge Buziga.

Day 2: Lake Mburo National Park

Today have breakfast early then embark on transfer to the Western Part of Uganda before Mbarara. En route have lunch at the Igongo Cultural Village then after continue on a Game Drive along the various tracks watching wildlife wander around their natural vegetation habitat. After your Game Drive, check in to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Mburo Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Bwindi Forest National Park

On this Day wake up very early and transfer to the South West of Uganda at Bwindi Forest National Park located along the border. En-route you have lunch, views of the green terrain, Ankole cattle and birds flying around their natural habitat. After a while, you reach the park and check in your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Day 4: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi National Park

On this Day wake up early have breakfast and then proceed for a short briefing on the code of conduct around their Gorillas then later in groups of 8 with a park ranger per cluster, go enter the forest to trek the Gorillas for 3–5 hours.

Depending on their current location in the forest as reported by the ranger, when you meet them, an hour is allowed in their presence taking various photos to keep for memories.

After Gorilla trekking, return to your lodge for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Engagi Lodge.

Day 5: Departure to Kampala

Have breakfast while relaxing then with all your luggage embark on departure to Kampala or Entebbe International Airport to board a flight back home.
