Detailed Itinerary of the 5 Days Bwindi Gorillas & Kibale Chimps Safari

Day 1: Arrival and Pick Up

Start at the Entebbe International Airport then you are welcomed by a company driver guide who transfers you to hotel in Kampala for Dinner and Overnight. Cassia Lodge Buziga.

Day 2: Drive to Kibale Forest National Park

Have breakfast then transfer to Kibale Forest National Park for a period of 6-7 hours. En-route watch the green forest vegetation terrain, birds and lunch. After a while you reach the Park and Check-in your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Kibale Forest Camp.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Trekking at Kibale Forest National Park

Today enjoy breakfast and transfer to the park headquarters for short briefing on conduct around the chimpanzees. After in groups of 8 with an experienced park ranger guide continue to the kanyanchu Visitor’s Center where you leave from to enter the forest to trek the Chimpanzees for 2-4 hours and when you meet them take various photos to keep.

After Chimpanzee Tracking, transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park. Dinner and Overnight. Engagi lodge.
