Detailed Itinerary of the 20 Days Uganda Cultural Safari Tour 

Day 1: Arrival-Pick up

On arriving at the Entebbe International Airport you get picked up by our driver guide who transfers you to Hotel but when you reach earlier proceed to the Entebbe Botanical Gardens and UWEC (Uganda Wildlife Education Center) to watch birds like the Northern Masked Weaver, Black Necked, Golden Backed, Northern Brown Throated, Grosbeak, Baglafect, and raptors such as the Gabar Goshawk, small banded snake Eagle, Shikra, African Goshawk, African Fish Eagle, African Hobby. After Bird watching enjoy Dinner and Overnight at Lake Victoria Serena Hotel

Day 2: Kampala

Today have breakfast then continue to Kampala and en-route stop over briefly at Kigungu landing site, Muzinga square, Zamugula site and the magnificent Bemba cave in Ziika ecotourism forest site, Kasubi Tombs, Nagagalabi Buddo coronation site. Day 3: Another City tour

Wake up have breakfast then proceed on another City Tour around the City to the Uganda Museum, Bahai Temple, Martyrs shrines in Namugongo, Namirembe cathedral, Rubaga Cathedral and the Kampala Hindu Temple. Lunch is en-route then later in he evening proceed back to the lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Cassia Lodge Buziga.

Day 4: Jinja Town

On this Day embark on a transfer to Jinja Town located a few kilometres off Kampala City. En-route watch and visit attractions like flora and fauna i.e Mabira forest, Kakira sugarcane and Madhvani tea plantations. Break off for lunch then continue to Jinja Town, when you reach the Town proceed to check in your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Wild waters lodge

Day 5: White Water Rafting at River Nile 

Have breakfast in the morning then transfer to enjoy White Water Rafting along River Nile for 2-6 hours depending on the Grade you choose to raft. White water rafting is done along the vigorous rapids of the Nile in groups after briefing on how to conduct yourself. Lunch is en-route then later continue to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Day 6: Tororo

Enjoy breakfast then continue to the Tororo Rock hill elevated at 4865ft. When you reach here visit the ancestral cave, Rock paintings. After enjoying lunch at the Hotel then later proceed to enjoy community Music, Dance and Drama which gives you an insight into the cultural traditions. After the Adventure, continue for Dinner and Overnight at Tororo Rock Hotel.

Day 7: Sipi Falls

Have breakfast then continue to Mbale at Sipi Falls with en-route sightings of the green vegetation, and birds then later you reach the three tall waterfalls close to Mountain Elgon. You hike to the waterfalls of Sipi with a guide who leads you on what to do along the trails. Break off for lunch then continue to visit the local community and later check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Sipi River Lodge

Day 8: Kampala                

On this Day, get your luggage and embark on the transfer to Kampala a journey that offers you views of greenery, birds and lunch en-route then later you reach Kampala and check in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Cassia Lodge Buziga.

Day 9: Hoima

Today you go to Hoima the land of the peaceful via Kiboga. Continue to visit the Karuzika palace of the Bunyoro Kingdom to learn about the historical cultural heritage. Dinner and overnight at Hotel KonTiki

Day 10: In Bunyoro

Adventure further into the Bunyoro Kingdom. After your breakfast, drive to the royal burial grounds of the kingdom at Mparu Tombs. You will get exposure to the ancient kings and the ancestral descendants of the kingdom. Enjoy entertainment from the natives of the area through their cultural dancers among other activities. Day 11: Fort portal

Today after your breakfast drive off from Hoima town for Fort portal. You will have splendorous en-route sightings with a rewarding flora stopover at Mukwano tea estate. A visit to Nyakasura will further expose you to the history of the natives. Transfer for dinner and overnight at Mountains of the moon

Day 12: Toro Kingdom              

Adventure into the Toro culture with a visit to the Kingdom palace after your breakfast and get exposed to the historical heritages of the kingdoms with further exposure; visit the royal burial grounds at the Karambi royal tombs. After your lunch embark on a superlative adventure of the magnificent crater lakes in the region. At the end of the day, you will be rewarded with sightings of the sumptuous Toro attractions. Day 13: Queen Elizabeth

After your morning coffee, go on a drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park where you watch wildlife wander around their natural vegetation. The wildlife animals you watch include; elephants, buffaloes, Giant Forest hogs, lions, and leopards. Have lunch then proceed on an afternoon Boat Cruise along the Kazinga Channel watching schools of hippos, and crocodiles as well as water bucks, warthogs, elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, and birds along the shores. Day 14: Chimpanzee Tracking at Kyambura Gorge

On this day you get up have breakfast then proceed to the Kyambura Gorge’s headquarters for a short briefing on the conduct around the Chimpanzees then later continue into the forest to track the Chimpanzees in their habitat for 2-4 hours and when you meet them to take various photos to keep for memories. Break off for lunch and later go visit the Katwe Explosion Craters where you view the Kyemendo crater and Lake Kitagata. Dinner and Overnight in your lodge at Jacana safari Lodge

Day 15: Queen Elizabeth-Game Drive 

Have breakfast then transfer for a remarkable Game Drive along different tracks watching wildlife wander around their natural habitat. The animals you view include; lions, buffalo, elephants, and Uganda Kob. After Game Drive, go on a community walk in the later hours after lunch to explore the nearby communities around the Katunguru gate. DAY 16: Kabale

Breakfast is taken early then via Kanungu transfer visit the Kibwetere religious and en-route have lunch. Day 18: In Mbarara

Day 19: Kampala

Kampala is your final destination today so have breakfast then continue to Kampala with an en-route stop at Mpambire and lunch. Day 20: Departure

Have breakfast then transfer to the Entebbe International Airport to board your flight back home.
